With Fedora 37 armhfp is dead so there is now no need for https://arm.fedoraproject.org/

It's also causing a bunch of confusion especially with the published support for Raspberry Pi 4.

With aarch64 we have everything (maybe some bits are missing) on the main getfedora.org pages for the various spins etc so everything can be found there.

Please remove arm.fedoraproject.org and redirect it to getfedora.org to remove confusion.

Closing in favor of fedora-websites#1170, since that's the repo where this site lives
