The new Fedora Server KVM disk image is not included in the download options. But is is included in the aarch64 image Checksums. For the x86_64 image, the CHECKSUM file is missing.

Image and checksum for x86_64 are at:
https://ftp.fau.de/fedora/linux/releases/37/Server/x86_64/images/

The KVM image for aarch64 is at
https://ftp.fau.de/fedora/linux/releases/37/Server/aarch64/images/
along with the raw image for SBCs and Checksum.

Unfortunately, it is just the new feature announced for f37 :-)
