This repository is manually configured to send emails for all issue comments and pull requests to the web-members [at] fedoraproject [dot] org. I request that the email notifications are disabled.

For me, I am not a daily contributor to this repo but I may have issues I subscribed to or commented on that I want to follow. When the email notifications override my preferences and mail me for all activity instead of the activity I subscribed to, it makes it harder for me to follow the conversations I care most about. Instead of participating, it is more likely that I miss something because the activity is so much in email inbox.
Could we please turn this off for this repo? We need an admin to do it. Thanks.
@t0xic0der please take look

@ryanlerch,
I am not sure if I am subscribed to the aforesaid list so I cannot quite confirm if what I did ended up working or not. Basically, I turned off the Mail webhook for the stated mail address. Could you please confirm if this is correct?
Mail
I suspect that this section needs changes but sigh, I don't see a way to remove an existing list subscribed to it.
@jflory7,
Hey, I hope you are doing well :)
I have a couple of questions before I progress into this.
It looks like the change you made was correct. I no longer receive email for every issue or pull request comment. I only received an email notification for this ticket since I opened it.
Are all members of the said FAS group automatically subscribed to the pull requests and issues change notification or is it opt-in in nature?
Membership to the FAS group automatically subscribed to all activity in this repo, but I do not think this is the case anymore.
Is unsubscribing to the stated list an option for you or does it stop notifications to you even for those pull requests and issues that you are involved in (or manually subscribed to)?
The only other option previously was removing membership from the FAS group. It was not a lists.fedoraproject.org list, it was the internal FAS group membership list. As of now, I am only receiving notifications for tickets I am already participating in or when I get tagged.
lists.fedoraproject.org
Thank you for confirming the same.
I also reached out to @kevin on this and he confirmed that this should work.
I am closing this as fixed for now, but please feel free to reopen the ticket at any point in time if that does not seem to have worked.
