I think , this cause is, perhaps Zanata reads stg page ( https://stg.getfedora.org/en/ ) . Not https://getfedora.org/en/ .

Because the stg page doesn't have this section.

Fedora ALT DOWNLOADS on bottom of the page

The "ALT DOWNLOADS" is a header image, which of course cannot be translated in Zanata. The body of that section/card is translatable, though, and in Zanata.

In the section "Want more Fedora options?" , "The Fedora Alternative Downloads are " also is cannot translated in ZAnata.

It should be able to be translated, but perhaps since the text was changed I hadn't pushed a new .pot file to Zanata. I have now done so.

stg and prod actually pull from the same Zanata project/version, for better or worse.
