Currently when users start at getfedora.org, all they can find is the download link for the aarch64 raw image. Ideally we should make it easier for them to discover arm-image-installer. As best I can tell, that tool is only mentioned deep in the wiki (Architectures/ARM/Installation). At a minimum we should link to arm.fedoraproject.org from getfedora.org, which will allow users to get to that wiki page with 3 clicks from getfedora.org.
