Fedora Labs CHECKSUM file does not have GPG signature attached:
https://getfedora.org/static/checksums/Fedora-Labs-33-1.2-x86_64-CHECKSUM

But the master mirror has the signed checksum: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/releases/33/Labs/x86_64/iso/Fedora-Labs-33-1.2-x86_64-CHECKSUM
