(these times are UTC+2; dots mean how many people are unavailable)
As you can see, there is no time when we all could meet so I'm wondering how can we make this work.
I recall when we had this problem in the past, we had two schedules to fit all. So how about we did one as I scheduled it (2pm UTC) and the other one would be Monday/Tuesday 4pm UTC (6pm above) - first meeting in the month would be 2pm UTC and then in 2 weeks 4pm UTC Mon/Tue - would that be too confusing?
I am one of the 2 with a conflict for this time, but my conflict is a standing first Wed of the month meeting. I will at least be able to make every other meeting, and can catch up on the minutes for the meetings I miss
The solution we took was to shift the meeting by one week so @jforbes and @ngompa can attend and we also moved the meeting by 30 minutes later.
Closing this one then - let's reopen if the meeting time starts to be problematic again.
