rpm packit macros: drop location_in_specfile for git-am
    
    because on F33 rpm no longer passes that value - don't know why, because
    this happened to the 3rd patch - a bug or a feature?
    
    anyway, packit does not need that value, so we don't need to have it in
    the patch metadata
    
    this is a separate commit b/c it is the first change to the macros after
    copying them from d2s
