Server installation media has been unchanged for a long time. It's time to run them through a review. Goal is to check whether an adjustment is necessary or desirable due to developments in the meantime.

This simultaneously includes various issues that address individual aspects of such a review:

6. Issue #48 Determine Current Size of Full Install
7. Issue #32 Synchronize Server full install and net install iso images
