Include a Fedora Server Edition VM disk image to our delivery mechanisms in order to facilitate and improve VM support
This would be the realization of our work project 3: Facilitated and improved support for Fedora Server Edition VMs (#53)
Goal Deploy a VM with a complete set of Fedora Server Edition features, resembling a default bare-metal installation as close as possible under the technical conditions of a VM. In particular, the system administrator of a VM should be able to perform all administrative actions possible in a VM, completely independently of the system administrator of the host. This includes

We have an RFE (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2054625) pending to include some additional packages to the full installation DVD. It was about F36, and we have postponed it to F37,
So, we really should act now.
