I realized that /usr/share/cargo is owned by cargo, but crates do not require it... How should we solve it? Should we generate automatic Requires: cargo?

I would actually move it into a cargo-filesystem subpackage, where things like this would live. Then every crate would auto-requires cargo-filesystem.

Or even sending patches to rust2rpm / cargo would be awesome.
Are these packages useful without cargo? I think not, so a Requires: cargo sounds fine.
