As a user. I hope -s store-crate works even when rust2rpm parse metadata failed.
-s
So that i can unzip the crate file in the current directory and edit it and do manually rust2rpm with path.
For example: rust2rpm -s git-cinnabar
rust2rpm -s git-cinnabar
Result Subcommand failed with code 101: cargo metadata --quiet --format-version 1 --offline --no-deps --manifest-path /tmp/tmpfhw1q12v/git-cinnabar-0.6.1/Cargo.toml

Moving if condition https://pagure.io/fedora-rust/rust2rpm/blob/main/f/rust2rpm/crate.py#_231 to the line before https://pagure.io/fedora-rust/rust2rpm/blob/main/f/rust2rpm/crate.py#_213 should do the trick.
Thanks! Your changes will be part of the next release soon-ish.
