The README's HowTo step 2 says to run this:
sudo dnf --repo=koji,rawhide-source makecache
Which repo URL should be used for the koji repo? I tried https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos/f31-build/latest/x86_64/ which doesn't seem to do the trick for me (I'm trying to build rust-rpick-0.3.1 and the generated yaml is using 0.2.0 still). I'm guessing it's supposed to be an SRPM repo in Koji, but i don't see any SRPM repos when I poke around in kojipkgs.

Use rawhide instead. But you would have to wait for compose.
