workaround hawkey NEVRA comparison being broken
    
    hawkey seems to think 4.0.14-3.fc24 < 4.0.7-1.fc24:
    https://github.com/rpm-software-management/libhif/issues/125
    so use rpm.labelCompare at least for the short term to deal
    with this
