    Tests: mock fedfind CID when necessary
    
    Fedfind 4 introduced a cross-check of requested compose ID
    and the actual compose ID of the discovered release instance.
    This causes a network round trip to discover the compose's true
    compose ID, so for tests, we need to mock it out to avoid that
    round trip.
