remove fedocal
    
    This was written a few years ago and apparently never really
    used in anger; it looks like it was meant to generate test
    day lists in the wiki from Fedocal, as replacement for the old
    handwritten calendars we had, like:
    
    https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Fedora_20_test_days
    https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Fedora_19_test_days
    
    but it was never actually used in production. The only page I
    can find that was generated by it (thanks, typos, for making
    searches easy!) is:
    
    https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/test/Fedora_20_test_days
    
    but no page under the production naming scheme ever seems to
    have been produced. Instead we just stopped making those pages
    after a while, and no-one seems to have minded very much.
    
    So, since we're not actually using this at all, let's just get
    rid of it. If someone sees value in it, it can easily be
    resurrected.
