I think having some description when waiting for data from oraculum would be nice.

Having something like alert bar [0] right under packager name/info numbers and above package data would work great.

The text could be:

It appears you haven't visited the Fedora Packager Dashboard in last N days. Loading could take up to a few minutes, depending on number of packages you are maintaining.

Where N would be retrieved from the oraculum api as it could change depending on number of people using it.

The message should disappear once the loading completes.
