#117 Frontend gets stuck in loading mode if oraculum returns 200 after returning 202 before

The frontend keeps refreshing and periodically adding data as they become available till backend returns 200. In such case, frontend stops calling LOAD_USER_RESP entirely and leaves the state rotting in 202.
