Increase 'install_lang_selected' screen timeout for ppc64le to avoid language tests to fail

I actually did this fix already yesterday :) It's not specific to ppc64, we hit the same issue on x86_64. It seems like the screen suddenly takes longer to update after you select a language than it used to, for some reason.

ok thanks for the comment ;)

Not sure it is related to my local environment, but setting timeout to 10 is not enough in some cases.

there seems to be some sort of hang going on at the language select screen or something. not sure how much i want to keep bumping the timeout versus figuring out what's happening there...
