    Add F33 FreeIPA 4.8.10-5 update as workaround to fix upgrades
    
    FreeIPA upgrade test is failing because of
    https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1886205. The test
    failing every time is not useful as we know what the issue is,
    so add the update as a workaround to avoid it.
