Since the brand new dnf5 package has landed in F38, we would like to organize a test day to get some initial feedback on it.

march 7 is like very very crowded, i18n test week starts on 7th and Kernel test week will be ongoing. DNF5 is major change and we would like to have a lot more attention , can the date be shifted 14th, that gives us enough time for testers to gather around and do more testing?
I mean, if the deadline is hard, we could still do it on March 7th but that isn't advisable. Also, any special set of test cases you want us to cover. Looking at the changeset, it feels using a Rawhide image will give us what we need to run through the test day but if you have any special cases in mind that a tester (potential user) can face, please let us know!
@kparal, we should also be testing the upgrade using dnf5 in this test day or should we leave it to upgrade test day itself? From what I understand, upgrading via CLI is blocking ; but I would love to have your opinion on this bit (especially around upgrade failures and rpm blocking third party apps)

IIUIC dnf4 is still going to be used by default in F38. Which means we'll not use dnf5 on the upgrade test day. Testing upgrades with dnf5 is definitely a good test case to have, but it should be part of the dnf5 test day.
@sumantrom Can you please create the skeleton wiki page asap? @nsella pinged me today and wants to fine-tune that page while there's still enough time.
