Silverblue community would like to have Fedora Silverblue Test Day on 20th September. Thanks @sumantrom for agreeing upon this date and getting it added in QA calendar

To start with, we can first add test cases which we tested last year on Fedora Atomic Workstation during Cloud/Atomic Test Day. From http://testdays.fedorainfracloud.org/events/39 , we can add tests mentioned in Basic tests and Atomic Workstation section.
