Note: it'd be nice to file this at the qa ansible project, but issues are disabled on that.
As part of the aarch64 Server promotion Change, we are setting up openQA testing for aarch64. One thing that needs to be done as part of this is that we need to add a 'wanted images' config file for aarch64 to the openqa/dispatcher role in ansible, and tweak the role a bit to deploy it on the appropriate openQA instance(s). Look at the existing file and play steps for ppc64 for reference.

Note, if you want to send a PR for this, @kparal set up a Pagure project for us to review infra ansible PRs. Once we've reviewed the PR there we ultimately have to still just go ahead and push it to the official repo, but it lets us at least do a 'proper' review.

The downside is that the master branch needs to be synced manually first, because nothing syncs it automatically with infra repo. I assumed it will be mainly used by people who already have full access to the mirror. Anyway, I refreshed it now.
This has been done along the way.
