In order to support blocker/fe bug proposal from the tracking app, users need to be able to login. Instead of implementing some sort of standalone login system, it would be better to use FAS which is already used throughout most Fedora apps.

Most of the work will be done using the [http://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/flask-fas.git/ Flask-FAS] plugin which does the lion's share of the work.

The additional feature that we may need is the ability to keep track of each FAS user's bugzilla email internally until that data is kept within FAS (assuming that feature is implemented).
