Dlehman informed me of tentative plans to transition to grub2 in Fedora 16. Documentation and development hasn't finished yet, so things are still somewhat flexible. This ticket serves as a mental-note so we don't forget this when Fedora 16 test day planning starts.

this got...somewhat overtaken by events, let's say? testing grub2 turned out to be one of the major focuses of F16. not sure it's worth moving this ticket up and re-purposing it, let's just close it.
