fedora-messaging publishers are supposed to provide a 'message schema' - https://fedora-messaging.readthedocs.io/en/stable/messages.html#schema . This will be used by the fedora-messaging-native rewrites of datagrepper, fmn etc. to provide human-readable representations of messages. We should provide one for openqa.* messages. The ci.* messages should be handled by https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/python-ci_messages .
