CoreOS test scheduling currently just uses a cron job that checks the feeds every hour, because when I set it up there were no messages to use. It looks like there will soon be messages available, so we should be able to switch the scheduling to use those instead.

Merged that, and it's been working fine on stg, so deploying to prod now. Closing.
