Add kf5/kf6 coinstall builds as workarounds for F40
    
    All tests on F40 are broken ATM since kde-partitionmanager was
    prematurely rebuilt for kf6. These updates *should* solve the
    problem, but we need to mark them all as workarounds so they
    themselves can pass tests and go stable...
