Don't report Koji task results to wiki or resultsdb
    
    We could potentially report these to resultsdb but don't have
    a convention for it yet, so let's just explicitly skip them for
    now. We should definitely explicit skip them from wiki reporting
    just like update tests, to avoid wasting time and round trips.
