check-compose consumer: handle both BUILD and build
    
    I'm gonna change the fedmsg emitter to emit BUILD not build in
    the message dict soon, for...reasons. This keeps up with that.
    For now we'll handle both, after a week or two I'll drop the
    'build' handling.
