  • Update Infra links to current docs site
  • Use reference links as the URLs are long
  • Remove qa-devel@ mailing list, inactive since ~2015

Build succeeded.

Thanks for the PR. qa-devel list is actually active, just low volume. Last email is from Jan 2022:

The infra SOP is outdated now, since we moved to OpenShift recently.
@frantisekz Are you planning to update the SOP, or what do we do with it?

Also, the SOP contents is maintained by us, not the infra team. It's just in their repo.

Huh, so it is! Guess I missed those. I just know I had to uncheck the "Hide inactive" box to even find it in Hyperkitty's list search, and then when I finally did find it https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/qa-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/ only shows stats for the last 30 days, of which it has none.

(I did click around a few months/years to try to find some more recent activity, but I guess I just had bad luck and only picked the empty months. Hyperkitty's archive interface shows a link for every month whether there was activity or not (unlike Mailman that used to just omit empty archives entirely), so there's no way to tell whether there was any activity in a particular month except by clicking on it. Guess I should've been methodical instead of just randomly sampling.)

Anyway, I'll add that back in.
