If we activate too many releases, the ones on the right side get scrolled out of the gray bar on the top of the page and get invisible. Even worse, the Propose button gets invisible, and people can't propose bugs.

To add more details - too many milestones (or too narrow browser window) will still make the menu bar cropped. We would need to port the web UI to a different framework to fix that completely. But the current solution should work well for our usual 6 milestones.
