While trying to investigate #831 I found out that /var/log/httpd/error_log is always empty. This way we don't ever find out about blockerbugs crashes (we do from blockerbugs cli, those are in journal). This https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/commit/?id=a8e15091f27221b626c2e21d583454b252419491 fixes it in staging. Before doing that in production I wanted to check here if anyone knows why the STREAM_LOGGING option was disabled in the first place. @tflink?
