I tested it myself with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=915312 and it worked for me. This either has to do something with the person logged in, with the bugzilla report in question, or with the filled-in form contents.
Have we heard any more reports of this?
I haven't. But it's not being used that often. If we don't have any useful logs to see a traceback, I'd say let's modify debugging info to see the traceback next time, close the ticket, and wait until it happens again.
