I tried to reproduce [[ https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-qa/ticket/433 | ticket 433 ]]. So I put data into blocker proposal form, waited for quite a while (2 hours) and then clicked on "Submit Proposal" which resulted in error message "There were issues with your submission, please check below for more details." but there were no details provided. User input in forms were left intact. Clicking on "Submit Proposal" again successfully submitted the proposal.
One thing that comes to mind is that there might be login timeout in the bugzilla object through which the proposal is sent.
Try to reproduce the issue, investigate and propose a fix.
it's also possible that something else in the form (csrf checking, maybe?) timed out.
Any idea how often this happens?
Happens everytime I tried it. However unless someone takes quite a while filling in the form, one shouldn't hit the issue, I think.
