A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)


This is the old 'how much is considered 'basic functionality' or 'typical use' (for the default panel criterion) conundrum. I kinda wish we had clearer explicit rules for control center apps specifically. But I'm probably a weak:

I believe that if gnome-control-center recognizes a device and allows you to manipulate it, then basic functionality settings are definitely basic functionality which includes adding and removing the device.
