I might be missing it, but I don't see a criteria for theming? I kind of wish the the artwork criterion would be extended to cover expected theming, especially since there is a dedicated basic desktop background criteria.

The decision to delay the classification of this as a blocker bug was made as it doesn't seem to violate criteria, but from meeting discussion it sounds like the bug may have significant practical consequences like unreadable text in default setups. We will ask the reporter to provide a bit more detail on the consequences, ideally with screenshots.

I'm still at -1.
I've played with the 20220218.n.0 KDE compose and I didn't notice anything broken after switching to the dark theme. Certainly nothing impacting usability. I was actually really impressed with how well it seemed to work.
Show me a screenshot of a common app being unusable and I'll change my vote.

The decision to classify this bug as a "RejectedBlocker (Final)" and an "AcceptedFreezeException (Beta)" was made as this doesn't really seem to violate any criteria as it stands (the elements are perfectly usable, they just don't look as intended), but we do grant it a Beta freeze exception as obviously we want things to look as intended for Beta if possible.
