Based on "in order to install KDE from the Server DVD, I had to select the network as a source", I feel like this doesn't actually violate the criteria.

Does it mean we do not support installing different spins from universal installation media? OpenQA spotted this on the Server DVD, but the same issue would exist on Everything ISO. Because it seems that there are broken deps in the repo.
I could not test it yet, because I could not download the today's compose (as the download page only had yesterday's composes - which worked).

Uh, the openQA test you linked is Rawhide. The F35 test passed just fine. I withdrew the blocker nomination...
