No, the only packages "gnome-shell-extension" shipped are:
gnome-shell-extension-common gnome-shell-extension-apps-menu gnome-shell-extension-launch-new-instance gnome-shell-extension-places-menu gnome-shell-extension-window-list gnome-shell-extension-background-logo
But indeed, dash-to-dock is one of the most popular gnome extensions.

The decision to classify this bug as a "RejectedFreezeException" was made as while this extension is not on the media, there's no real need for a freeze exception here; a 0-day update achieves the same goal.
