Allowing blocker fixes to go in is good. Backflips are probably not healthy for me.

so, the whole of 41 rc1 is split across several updates:
technically we only need the first to resolve the backflip situation, but since we have a week slip and it's generally a good idea to keep things in line, I think it would be reasonable to pull them all in. What do voters think? Should we consider this vote as approval to land all those updates? Thanks.
