Note that the affected abrt/libreport versions are not yet stable, so it might be arguable whether to declare a blocker on it now, or wait until they hit stable (they might also get unpushed). But I think it doesn't really matter, and we can do the decision right away. It's important that we know about this problem and that we judge the importance of it. If it never hits stable, and a different (fixed) version of abrt gets pushed instead, that's just a technicality and in that case we'll simply lift the blocker or close the offending bug.
