Basic and Beta criteria only require the default browser, terminal and package manager to work. So I don't think this is a Beta blocker (the default browser in KDE is Firefox, is Falkon a default browser somewhere else?). Because qt5-qtwebengine is on the KDE Live and it breaks some apps like KMail, I'd give it a freeze exception.
