at rhbz1991075#c6 on the same day. This bug is not accepted as a blocker there. It seems this was accepted in error here, I'll edit and disable Adam's AGREED line to make it synchronized with Bugzilla again.
The following criteria can be applied:
All elements of the default panel (or equivalent) configuration in all release-blocking desktops must function correctly in typical use.
