Bearing in mind the "security" criterion is mostly a PR thing (shipped images inevitably become known-insecure quite quickly after being released no matter how hard you try when you generate them), I'd say this clearly violates the spirit of the criterion: we'd look pretty bad if we shipped with 149, I think.
