A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

BetaFE +1

This is an important feature for a lot of folks these days, many monitors really expect to be used with 150% or 125% scaling (I'm using two such here). Several of us have been using fractional scaling for years and it broadly works fine. It makes sense to do this for Beta rather than changing it between Beta and Final, and the change itself is small and can't affect anything else.
