I'm not sure about this. Reporting a new bug is the most important part, and that works. Finding an already reported bug also works, but it seems that sometimes your new comment doesn't get added, and you probably also don't get added to the CC list. Also, there's no hyperlink shown, so many people won't know how to access that primary bug report just using its number. I think I'm currently leaning towards rather not blocking on this.

I want to be -1 on this, but I feel like I can't quite convince myself of that. But given the change to Bugzilla API key lifetime, I'm not even sure it's worth keeping abrt in our criteria (or default install sets)

I feel that's more a final freeze bug than a blocker one.
The bugs are reported, the information is there, but it's not ending the process the way it normally does.

I am not sure the bugs are reported. In my opinion, they are only reported when uploading a new bug. With this, new details are not added to the existing bug.
