Violates the "working as expected" part of the shutdown criteria.
I just received the crash at first login. That violates: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_38_Final_Release_Criteria#SELinux_and_crash_notifications
That would be a Final blocker. But I also received a black screen on my third logout, that's: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_38_Beta_Release_Criteria#Shutdown,_reboot,_login,_logout
