I'm pretty -1 on this at this point. We're already behind schedule and I don't see a lot of value in pulling in something as potentially disruptive as a new Python build right now.

Given that we're already shipping 3.9.0~rc1, I do not feel that pulling in another release candidate with only fixes between the two will be terribly disruptive.
