    Define maintainer for every test case
    
    Add MAINTAINER line for every test/control file. This contact can be
    used if test is not working properly.
    
    Remove other variables from test/control file, like TIME, TEST_TYPE etc.
    because they are currently not used by AutoQA and this simplifies
    metadata.
    
    Fixes #394.
