adjust code to Autotest API changes
    
    This patch makes sure that AutoQA works with Autotest 0.14.0 and higher.
    Please note that it does mean that it no longer works with 0.13.1
    and lower due to those API changes.
    
    It also deletes site_utils as send_email method was fixed to
    suit our needs upstream.
    
    Fixes #251 and #419
